The JHS 10,000 BTU smart portable air conditioner is their most popular so far — it’s actually a “smart AC unit” because you’re able to control it through a mobile app.

I have had no progress trying to connect every which way. I have an iPhone 7, app downloaded, and the device is what I believe to be: JHS 10,000 BTU A016-10KR/B1. I can not recognize the manual model pics (none mention this model) and if I search it does not pick anything up. I have googled like a maniac. Lack of instruction.
