How To Track Your Package

Below is a list of online retailer links to help you find your Purchase # and Tracking Code to locate your shipment.

Amazon Order Tracking

If you are logged into your Amazon account you can find your order by clicking the link below:

When you are logged into your Amazon account, click the item(s) you want to find and click “Track Package”. The screenshot below provides an example of the yellow “Track package” button.

If your order says “Delivered” and you haven’t received it, you will want to contact Amazon Customer Service through email or chat. (**note: only contact customer service if it has been 36-hours after it states “delivered”)

Only if 36-hours has passed, click the link below to contact customer service.

Target.com Tracking 

Find your order # — http://www.target.com/gam-findorder

  1. Sign into your account and locate your order on find your order page.
  2. Select the order you want to track.
  3. Select “track shipment” to find

** Note:  tracking info can take up to 24-hrs to appear. Please wait before contacting Target customer service

Walmart.com Tracking

Find your order # — https://www.walmart.com/account/trackorder

To track your Walmart order you will need the email used to purchase and the last 6-digits of the order number you want to track.

Only if it has been 24-hours since “delivered” was posted, but you have not received go here to contact Walmart customer service.
