When you are logged into your Amazon account, click the item(s) you want to find and click “Track Package”. The screenshot below provides an example of the yellow “Track package” button.
If your order says “Delivered” and you haven’t received it, you will want to contact Amazon Customer Service through email or chat. (**note: only contact customer service if it has been 36-hours after it states “delivered”)

To track your Walmart order you will need the email used to purchase and the last 6-digits of the order number you want to track.
