The 12,000 BTU model would be my choice — it’s versatile for mostly any room size.

It’s also fairly affordable — little more expensive than the Danby 10,000 BTU unit (DPA100B6WDB) and compared to other 12,000 BTU units is more affordable.

You’re even able to set the exact temp you want.
Comparable air conditioners let you increase/decrease power, but not all let you set the temperature — simply select the temp you want and let the AC do the rest!
